Biggest Loser Challenge Has Ended
Wow! This has been an awesome 10 weeks. We have lost over 1,600 pounds as a company! Your commitment to improving your health is inspiring. Weight loss has been shown to decrease risk of chronic disease, improve energy levels, decrease joint pain, and much more. It was an incredibly close competition, with the top four teams each losing over 6% of their total team weight. Team C.R.E.A.M. (Calories Rule Everything Around Me) came out victorious, losing 9% of their total team weight over the length of the challenge. What a great challenge! Congratulations to all the teams for your hard work!
Stress Challenge Instructions
Do you ever feel so stressed out by the amount of things you need to accomplish that it’s hard to focus? High stress levels can lead to headaches, fatigue, high blood pressure and many other physical symptoms, but stress can also affect our productivity levels.
Check out our Take 10 stress challenge. The challenge runs from November 9th- December 18th. Each day, challenge yourself to dedicate at least 10 minutes to an activity that helps relieve stress. This could be going for a walk, taking a yoga class, reading a book, meditation, hobbies, exercising and much more. Use the attached log to keep track of your activities.
